Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak seasons, such as holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Canada: We use Canada Post for all domestic orders. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping is also available up to 9KM.
Local Pickup
For customers in North Vancouver, we offer free local pickup at our address. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Customs and Duties (U.S. Orders)
For orders shipped to the United States, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@origincandle.ca within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
