Return Policy
At Origin Candle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@origincandle.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@origincandle.ca.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders, gift cards, and items purchased during final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
